Wine Down the Right Way

NY-LA is a wine crafted after Von Archer attended one of Neddroy “DJ HeadBussa” Bent's events to showcase his brand of wine. During that event, DJ HeadBussa clearly intrigued wanted to know how he could get his own brand of wine. After months of trying different flavors; he decided to go with a Rosé and thus NY-LA, named after DJ HeadBussa's only daughter, was created. The two teamed up and formed Von Xavier Wines and have been hosting local tastings in Florida and Georgia.

2011 was a phenomenal year and presented ideal conditions that allowed Von Xavier Wines the opportunity to produce a wine that is worth adding to your collection. The wine is fermented for 10-14 days and aren't made for aging. The bottle has a twist top cap instead of a corkscrew which makes it an easy pick. This beautifully balanced wine has the fruit, depth, and structure to become your new go-to wine of choice.

The main aromas are fruity and floral in nature. The aroma can be classified as fresh, festive, and very enjoyable. The wine's taste is clean and smooth with no bitterness. Overall, light in body and flavor intensity, yet very tasty. NY-LA alcohol content is 10% per the bottle. It is a bold elegant wine that doesn't leave a bad after taste. There are currently three flavors; Strawberry Merlot (NY-LA), Kiwi Pear Chardonnay (NY-LA Gold), and Raspberry Peach Sangria (NY-LA Dream). This is a great selection if you're new to the wine scene. At the same time a wine professional would certainly appreciate a glass of NY-LA.

All three flavors are versatile and well rounded. The Strawberry Merlot Rosé pairs well with steaks and definitely is fun with deserts. The Kiwi Pear Chardonnay pairs well with pastas and seafood dishes because of its subtle taste. The Raspberry peach sangria pairs well with fruits and nuts, making this a great addition to brunchor lunch. NY-LA is easily one of the best wines you'd ever taste!

Recently In 2020, Dj HeadBussa has leveled up the Brand by adding Nyla as a shareholder to the LLC; NY-LA Worldwide, LLC and proceeds of all profits goes to Nyla 529 Pre-Paid scholarship fund.
